Essential Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in management of operational support tickets to maintain on time delivery, backlog and quality of results in GSCM Area, VCP (APCC, Demantra, ASCP) included
  • Manage large scaled project to relocate VCP for Jenbach and Waukesha from Omega Platform
  • Promote support teams to collaborate, follow processes and suggest changes as required
  • Drive improvements on support and business collaborations
  • Partner with global teams and vendors to help navigate through issues and resolve open items
  • Coordinate enhancements, testing and critical activities concerning service for ERP and BI
  • Drive metrics, reporting and communication to business
  • Working in a global company environment and encourage you to actively share and gain knowledge with the global IT teams
  • Manage multiple stakeholders through projects as required Qualifications/Requirements: 

 

Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Business management with IT focus or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in managing ERP, BI and applications projects and support 
  • 3-5 years of experience in project management
  • 3-5 years of experience with Demantra/ASCP/Material Planning
  • Eligibility Requirements
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. and/or Canada is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job
  • Must be willing to travel 10%
  • Ability to conduct business in English

Essential Responsibilities: 

  1. Concevoir et mettre au point des applications pour l’acquisition, la reconstruction, le traitement et l’affichage d’images par RM cardiaque en combinant son expertise en physique de l’IRM et en ingénierie avec les besoins cliniques. 
  2. Évaluer et développer de nouveaux concepts; proposer des innovations qui peuvent être traduites en produits. 
  3. Contribuer aux associations scientifiques d’IRM en publiant et en présentant les résultats des recherches. 
  4. Faire appel à sa grande expertise en ce qui a trait à la physique et aux applications de l’IRM pour aider à résoudre des problèmes de qualité. 
  5. Favoriser des partenariats avec des collaborateurs cliniques pour mettre au point des solutions pertinentes sur le plan clinique. 
  6. As Cardiac MR Scientist you are responsible for exploring, developing and validating advanced cardiac magnetic resonance imaging applications, in close collaboration with McGill University Health Centre, other clinical and academic research partners, as well as GE colleagues, and for driving the translation of these new applications into product solutions. 
  7. Design and develop applications for cardiac MR acquisition, reconstruction, processing, and display by combining expertise of MR physics, engineering, and clinical needs. 
  8. Evaluate and extend new concepts; provide innovations which can be translated into product offerings. 
  9. Contribute to MR scientific societies through publications and presentations of research output. 
  10. Use broad expertise in MR physics and applications to help resolve quality issues. 
  11. Foster partnerships with clinical collaborators to develop clinically relevant solutions.

 

Qualifications/Requirements: 

  • Doctorat (ou M. Sc. avec expérience équivalente) en physique, en génie biomédical, en génie électrique ou dans un domaine connexe. 
  • Capacité démontrée d’innovation dans la recherche en physique de l’IRM, la mise au point de nouvelles séquences d’impulsions et les méthodes de reconstruction d’images par RM. 
  • Minimum de trois ans d’expérience en recherche sur l’IRM. 
  • Minimum de deux ans d’expérience de travail avec des cliniciens dans un contexte hospitalier et dans l’application de nouveaux développements technologiques à la recherche clinique. 
  • Minimum d’un an d’expérience de travail relativement aux applications de l’IRM cardiaque. 
  • Excellentes habiletés de communication orale et écrite (en anglais). 
  • Attitude positive, souplesse, curiosité intellectuelle, volonté de travailler avec une équipe inter fonctionnelle mondiale. 
  • Volonté de se déplacer 10 % du temps. 
  • Ph.D. (or M.Sc. with equivalent experience) in Physics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field. 
  • Demonstrated record of innovation in MR physics research, development of new pulse sequences and MR reconstruction methods. 
  • 3+ years of experience in MR imaging research 
  • 2+ years of experience working with clinicians within a hospital environment and applying new technical developments in clinical research 
  • 1+ years of experience working on cardiac MR applications 
  • Strong English language oral and written communication skills. 
  • Can-do attitude, flexible, intellectually curious, willing to work with cross-functional, global team. 
  • Willingness to travel 10% of time.
