Essential Responsibilities:

OMLP is a 2-year program consisting of 3 eight-month rotations that allow members to build leadership and functional skills through challenging rotational assignments and world-class training. Typical rotations include one or more of the following: • Manufacturing Shop Operations Supervisor • Sourcing/Materials Management (procurement, material flow) • Technical – (lean, manufacturing engineer / process engineer) • Environment, Health & Safety (site operations support, EHS media support)

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

1. A four-year Engineering or Supply Chain degree

 

Desired Characteristics:

Prefeed Qualifications:1. Prior intern, co-op, or research experience in engineering or manufacturing/supply chain 2. Preference will be given to persons with: a major in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical or Environmental Engineering 3. GPA greater than or equal to 3.0/4.0 4. Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP) is a challenging two-year rotational program committed to developing engineers through intense technical training and a variety of business-critical assignments.Experienced technologists, project leaders/managers will mentor your work and will participate in leadership and technical training. EEDPs should finish the job assignments and meet the evaluation criteria in each rotation. They need to complete Advanced Course in Engineering classes and Corporate Trainings defined in the program, as well as the associated homework and projects with required quality rating. Edison Engineering Development Program provides an excellent opportunity in furthering your knowledge base in an area of your expertise and in having a broader technical exposure to new technologies or processes.
 

Qualifications/Requirements:
Master’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Signal and Information Processing, Information Technology or related field, Computer vision, Image processing, Mathematics, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Control, Mechanical Engineering, Clinical Research· Demonstrated Academic excellence; · Passion for engineering with strong technical attitude, innovation spirit, and an analytical approach to problem solving;· Strong commitment to a career in technology and clinical research;· Self-motivated, self-confident team play with mature & positive attitude and fast learning ability;· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;· Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English. Candidates must have legal working authorization in China for non-Chinese citizens.

Essential Responsibilities:

CLP at GEHC China is a 2.5-year program providing real work experience in unique and developmental rotations within the commercial functions(sales, product and marketing) in all GEHC business segments. CLP will experience various customer groups, products, and leaders as well as world-class training in sales, leadership, and business skills. CLP will also strengthen their commercial, business, and leadership skills by completing an intensive curriculum of classroom, hands-on, and online training. Typical rotations include Sales, Product Sales, Marketing and Commercial Processes.Sales: CLP is responsible for selling GE Healthcare products in assigned market. He/she may be responsible for new account development as well as expanding existing accounts. Meanwhile, CLP will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships with the accounts in established geographic territory. Dealer Sales: CLP is responsible for the management and development of distributor relationships. He/she will be responsible to achieve targeted sales and profit objectives from a defined business territory/ customer group. Product Sales: CLP will act as product expert to support field sales team to sell HC equipment, service or business solutions to customers. He/she will actively track market dynamics including competition situations, customer needs, product evolution and formulate analysis report to aid business forecast and planning for related team. CLP will also keep close contact with key luminaries within assigned territory, to promote latest product and clinical development from GE Healthcare, collect first hand customer feedback and needs on GE products/services and build the spokesman for GE.Marketing: CLP will participant in the planning and execution of marketing solutions, programs and events.Commercial Processes: CLP will build deep understanding of all GEHC commercial processes, as well as GEHC market and products, company policies and resources, by full engaging into sales support roles including commercial operation and OTR specialists.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

* Fresh bachelor/master graduates or candidates with less than 2 year working experience, major in Medical related fields is preferred.* Passionate in sales career and the Healthcare industry, willing to take challenges and work under pressure.* Academic excellence.* Demonstrated sales/people skills and/or aptitude.* Strong communication & interpersonal skills, good team player.* Geographic mobility and willing to travel.* Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.* Fluent in English.
