Human Resources Consulting Division
Our Human Resources division provides the following services:

1.Organisational Design & Development
-Organisational structuring
-Development of job descriptions, defining roles and clarifying reporting relationships.
-Evaluation of roles, job grading and developing of pay structures that reflect the value of the roles.
-Design and implementation of Performance management systems.
