Job Description & Qualifications

The job
As a part of the job, the key responsibilities would be to ensure that all data and interface related issues are analyzed and resolved according to SLA. The role would entail working with Veeva as the CRM system.
Key job activities would include (but are not limited to): 
Relating to Customer: Participate as technical expert regarding Data and Integration Management tasks, such as major realignments, POA loads, data provider changes and ad-hoc data loads
Relating to Process: Ensure the production analysis process is fully followed, part of scoping Interface releases
Relating to System: Work on tasks such as Informatics workflow, mapping creation and changes, Build reusable ETL and PL/SQL code for inbound and outbound integration, Realignments, Call plan, Territory management, POA loads etc.
 
Customer and Account merges, Brick mapping changes, Picklist changes, Data provider changes, Data provider loads, Ad-hoc data loads (standard templates),Monitoring and troubleshooting ETL jobs, Identify process improvement opportunities and help with performance tuning of ETL jobs and Testing and Production support
 
Raise new Change Requests related to Data Management as needed, Document the changes related to major Data Changes, Support local affiliates and Business Area Managers regarding Data Provider issues, Help with troubleshooting complex and critical data related issues, Ensure that sufficient information is presented to the Problem Manager for Workarounds and Known Errors when problems are found, Deliver ad hoc system changes following change management SOP and support system releases for both technical and documentation deliverables.
The role would be performed in India and supporting Region America.

 

Qualification
We expect you to hold Graduates having Bachelor degree with relevant experience with 3+ years of experience with IT and 2 years of relevant technology (Informatica working with Veeva CRM/Veeva Align as source system), Oracle DB and SQL/PLSQL experience.
Experience with Apex data loader with Veeva Align will be an added advantage. Preferred pharmaceutical industry experience with excellent communication skills, comfortable working with different countries across multiple time-zones. High degree of flexibility and good interpersonal skills and Ability to collaborate and communicate with external parties, primarily with customers, vendors and consultants
Certifications (Good to Have): ITIL and any SaaS Based certifications

Qualifications

The position

As an HEOR Analyst you will Generate evidence to substantiate a strong support of the Payer Value Story with credible Health Economics and Outcomes Research and Patient Reported Outcomes messages, support the content development of the Core Value dossier for affiliates to have access to relevant Health Economics and Outcomes Research data and tools, support the affiliates with reimbursement and Health Technology Appraisal (HTA) submissions, support communication of appropriate scientific evidence as e.g. abstracts, posters, peer-reviewed publications and analyse real world evidence to support the value and market access of key brands You will contribute to study design, analytical plans, analyses and interpretation of research findings.  

 

The main job task will be systematic Literature Reviews, country / region adaptation of HE and budget impact models, RWE tracker update, quality check of PRO questionnaires in CRFs, conduct retrospective database analysis and database mapping and patient counts

 

Qualifications

You have a University Master’s degree in appropriate field such as health economics or outcomes research, epidemiology or statistics/biostatistics, possessing documented training in health economics or outcomes research with having relevant experience of Minimum of two-three years of experience in health economics and health outcomes research, ideally within pharmaceutical industry or consultancy.
