  • Strategize and support Agile techniques such as BDD(Behavior Driven Development), TDD ( Test Driven Development), ADD ( Acceptance Driven Development), integration testing, load and performance testing  and exploratory testing.

  •   Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in an agile development environment.

  1.        Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent combination of technical education and experience.
  2.        Experience with and knowledge of Automotive Product Development (PD) processes, terminology and of the Global Product Development System (GPDS) or equivalent System.
  3.        CAD/CAM/PLM tools testing experience.
  4.        Experience in software test strategy, planning, documentation, automation and process improvement.
  5.        Experience with gathering and documenting Business Requirements
  6.        Knowledge of and experience within both the Agile and Project Management methodologies
  7.        Experience with using HP ALM in day-to-day QCoE team testing.
  8.        Experience using Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.
  9.        Experience in testing with multiple delivery methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
