Roles & Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level support for on all data, campaign tool, data reporting, execution, and quality issues related to campaign services
  • Provide quality assurance checks on all programming done within the campaign
  • Provide input on campaign design based on current data issues or development
  • Act as a liaison between Campaign Services and the Business to support all data issues when designing and executing a campaign
  • Interface with Campaign Operations / GDI&A Data Operations to ensure communication on all data issues and lessons learned to gain efficiencies in campaign setup and limit redundancy in data processes
  • Document and provide strategic input on all business decisions that make up a campaign, including Responder Questionnaire, responses, etc.
  • Support the Business / Agency to schedule workflow and oversee that workflow to assure timeliness
  • Develop and deploy campaign management methods, approaches and data requirements based on best practices
  • Execute the data quality maintenance processes for campaign management 
  • Identify modifications and enhancements to the campaign management applications
  • Interact with channels or special project teams to integrate campaign management application with other systems and to make modifications and enhancements
  • Execute and coordinate campaign management services requests

  •  Lead software Model design/development in BCM or Climate Control.
  • Lead features reviews (requirement, design and models) for BCMClimate Control models.
  • Work closely with BCM feature owners to analyze the BCM requirements and develop the control model using model based design (Matlab).
  • Redesign  the models with Plug n Play architecture and generate C Code
  • Create Integration test scripts, develop integration plan for each feature, develop and maintain model Integration testing framework.
  • Set up automated test environment, execute model in loop testing and evaluate the test results. 
  • Work with Control Engineers to process and analyze test data and create test reports.
  • Lead and/or participate in meetings with customers for project status.  
  • Implement alternatives whenever required to make sure delivery milestones are met.
