A full-time graduate position in our Tax & Legal practice will provide you with the opportunity to work within a dynamic, fast growing business which is operating in a tax, legal & regulatory framework that gets ever more complex. You will also have the opportunity to work with a broad portfolio of clients across various industry sectors. You could find yourself providing tax advice on: mergers and acquisitions, corporation tax, transfer pricing, treasury and finance, international structuring, succession planning, indirect tax, tax compliance, workforce structuring, reward and compensation frameworks, expatriate tax and international mobility.

Requirements:
We’re looking for enthusiastic, driven individuals who will graduate in 2017, with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Law. You will be required to demonstrate a business level knowledge of English when communicating (both written and verbal), as well as typically exhibiting the following knowledge and skills:

  • Self motivation, confidence and a strong work ethic
  • Successful performance within team environments, enjoying being part of a team
  • Ability to work and deliver under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Strong data handling skills and the ability to gather information and present it in a professional manner
  • Flexibility, adaptability and effective prioritisation skills

Course Administrator and Sales Support - Associate

PwC’s Academy is the educational business of PwC. We offer a variety of training courses, based on the best practices of PwC Global and the individual experiences of our experts. Our expanding Academy currently operates across the Middle East from seven countries.

PwC’s Academy is looking for a Course Administrator & Sales Support who thrives on dealing with people (of all grades) and who is organised and capable of maintaining focus on multiple projects at the same time. This person will work closely with local and regional teams and perform a wide variety of operational activities including execution of budgeted programmes, scheduling and updating Administrate.

Requirements:

  • A business graduate with at least 1 year of course administration/ sales support
  • Experience working for an organisation involved in providing education/training sector.
  • High level of technical proficiency and computer literacy particularly with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with Administrate or other CRM platforms will be a plus
  • Excellent spoken and written English skills
  • Arabic Speaker will be a plus
  • Excellent business writing skills
  • Well-developed administrative skills
  • Meticulous and accurate approach with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Flexibility in working hours (evenings, weekends as and when required)


Responsibilities:

Course Administration:

  • Handle post enrolment delegate queries
  • Work with the Course Managers on scheduling and timetabling
  • Create, add and edit courses, update prices, schedule and manage events, assign instructors, update attendance, progress and communicate events on Administrate.
  • Communicating effectively with clients / customers (internal and external)
  • Arrange logistics for trainers, including flights, accommodation, transportation
  • Maintain and update customer data within the Administrate system
  • Preparation of Legal Purchase Orders for supplier payments.
  • Preparing quotations for potential clients (corporate and public).
  • Invoicing and liaising with Central Finance for payments
  • Requesting refunds for students and preparing credit notes.
  • Preparing and managing debtor reports, and liaising with course managers re debt collection.
  • Stakeholder reporting (Revenue and profit forecasting, preparing regional monthly management report).


Sales Support:

  • Answer queries relating to qualifications directing students to the best suited programmes
  • Support personnel for customer interaction, engagement and relationship building
  • Convert leads to registered students status as per the sales targets. Support the entire sales process from lead generation and negotiation, to closing
  • Support Retail Sales:
  • Incoming and outgoing calls to enquiries generated from marketing activities
  • PSupport sales and other promotional events including but not limited to open days, info sessions, workshops, field trips, student benefit sessions, School and University career fairs, exhibitions and social events to generate leads
  • Updating and maintaining CRM to ensure validity and completeness
  • Conduct secondary research and cold calling to build PwC’s database
  • Assist in collecting payments, invoicing and liaising with finance on payment status
