Siemens Signalling Company Ltd (SSCX), established in December 1995, is a Sino-German joint venture between Xi′an Railway Signal Factory (XRSF) and Siemens Ltd. China (SLC), engaged in development, design, manufacture and sales of signalling products and systems for main line, mass transit, special railways, other rail bound transportation systems, and the related engineering and services.

Responsibility:

  • In the respective area of responsibility delivers transactional services in according to SLA in demanded quality and in accordance with company regulations and guidelines.
  • Accomplishment and participation in compliance program and internal control activities
  • Support data completion in compliance with company rules and regulations of customers
  • Supports and provides the routine checks of internal control system (SOA, RIC etc.)
  • Prepares documentation for auditors of particular customer
  • Daily communication with customers & external partners in agreed language(s) on professional level
  • Develops through deep professional know how of end-to-end business processes and interdependencies between them (fully)
  • Executes assigned tasks and activities with high efficiency and quality following the company and customer rules, regulations, policies and / or instructions (fully)
  • Demonstrates strong service delivery focus (fully)
  • AFS: Support /contributes to providing standard accounting services by processing transactions in line with company regulations and guidelines for a specific AFS service line

 

What do I need to qualify for this job?

  • At least over 1 year working experience in AP function or AR related;
  • Accounting priciple of revenue (IFRS) & Finance in Siements
  • China fapiao regulation
  • SVAT regulation
  • SOA requirement
  • SAP Customer Account\ FI Account \ SO function
  • Support kinds of project related operation part
  • Basic understanding of continuous quality improvement process, method and tools
  • Basic understanding of Continuous Improvement/Lean Management –Process Management

What are my responsibilities

1. Sparepart & labor & re-installation quotation for customer / dealer in responsible area, with joint support of Sales, RM and RGM. Prepare quotation document after confirmed by Sales, RM and RGM, deliver to customer for conclusion acquisition and follow up.(30%)

2. Prepare Sales Contract, Re-installation Contract, Maintenance Contract,  calculation sheet, monitor MC operating result. Timely and correctly maintain MC database in SAP.(30%)

3. SAP Order Processing, including billing, revenue recognition and cost booling for all responsible Sales Orders, Service Orders, Maintenance Contracts. (20%)

4. Monthly unbilled cost and AR control and follow up.(10%)

5. Closely follow up month end / quarter enClosely follow up month end / quarter end / year end schedule and activities.d / year end schedule and activities.(10%)

 

What do I need to qualify for this job

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. 2-5 years experiences in relevant fields

3. Office skills and office softward skills (especially Excel)
