- Master’s degree in Law, Business, Finance / Tax and Accounting , HR Management or Computer Science/Information Technology.
- Logical thinking and self-motivation.
- Good professional communication skills, a team player and a quick learner.
- Familiar with theories on business management, enterprise business processes.
- Good knowledge of organisational behavior and/or psychological theories.
- Good writing and oral communication skill in English or Japanese.
