Main Tasks

 

  • Take responsibility of intern hiring, including positions posting, candidates sourcing, interviews arrangement, occupational health check arrangement, and onboarding notice.
  • Take part in 2019 Grow Trainee recruitment process, including campus talk materials preparation, online system support, including WeChat channel and 51 Job, interview on site support and other related topics.
  • Participate apprentice hiring project with colleges and universities via campus talk preparation, resumes collecting and recording.
  • Ad hoc admin support to team. 


Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above with major in Management of Information System, HR, Business administration or other related major.
  • Good English skills: both writing and speaking
  • Good communication skills and team player
  • Detail orientated and highly responsible
  • Willing to learn new things, and work in an international environment
  • Proficient in PC skill & MS office skill (Excel, MS word and PPT).

Main Tasks:

  • EHS Management
  • Align EHS Guidance with PD site EHS and implement in PD site logistic operation 
  • Responsible for internal and external EHS audit, 
  • Organize Pudong site management safety walk, and organize monthly internal safety check (including LSP site), track the implementation results of corrective and preventive action. 
  • Work permit management, make authorization, define W/I, keep monitoring and record. 
  • Organize emergency and firefight response drill, make record, conclusion, and analysis for the result. 
  • PPE management, Fire-fighting equipment and emergency response equipment management, organize daily inspection into operational level. 
  • Energy consumption management, make record and analysis, and try to reduce year by year. 
  • Waste disposal management, cooperate with EHS to make physical dispose in time, reduce the risk on waste disposal storage and handling in warehouse. 
  • Responsible for investigate of EHS case management (LTI/PSI/Near Miss etc.), root course analysis, monitoring corrective and preventive action with operational team. 
  • Organize MSDS renew work regularly in scope of Podong site logistics operation. 
  • LSP management from EHS viewpoint, including but not limited to EHS training, PPE, forklift and audit. 
  • Yellow card and suggestion management. 
  • Quality management, Governmental Regulation and EHS Compliance
  • Responsible for EHS-Rep of Cluster Pudong, monitor related regulations from related authorities and ensure timely reflection to working procedure and instructions. 
  • Active prevention in all areas of Pudong site logistics is pursued on a daily basis to ensure BASF’s safety guidelines. 
  • Establish EHS management method and training system according to local legal requirement. 
  • Support on EHS related internal and external audit such as ISO14001, ISO50001 etc.

Main Tasks:

 

  • To deliver standard Product Costing services 
  • Confirming the production of finished and Work In Progress and handling of non-distributed/netted price difference
  • Analyse and comment on cost variance of production orders and price differences for purchased material
  • Perform routine processes in Controlling (CO) and Material Management (MM) modules
  • Perform cost estimation run and generate reports for any errors
  • Perform overhead management eg Planning, Master data maintenance (Capacities, Cost place, Activity type and tariff rate) Standard Price Calculation and Actual Price Calculation
  • Perform Plan Actual Comparison for FMC and VMC (Fixed Manufacturing Cost and Variable Manufacturing Cost)
  • Determine the capacity utilization for each Business Process and its idle costs 
  • To perform the cost estimation and the following sub-processes:
  • Create and change Master Data 
  • Design standard prices for purchased materials
  • Perform processing of mass-data
  • Perform analysis and commentary 
  • To perform actual costing and prepare the operational reporting during month-end closing through:
  • Analyze and comment on cost variations of production orders and price differences for purchased materials
  • Confirming the production of finished / unfinished goods, and handling of non-distributed / netted price differences
  • To generate financial statement for calculation and inventory valuation and balance sheet stock report
  • To perform overhead management processes which include the following range:
  • Cost center accounting including Cycle 
  • Perform budgeting
  • Define the correct allocation bases
  • Perform maintenance of master data
  • Prepare monthly internal cost allocation 
  • Transfer Pricing – perform maintenance of master data 
  • Profitability Analysis : 
  • Generate P&L statement according to guidelines and standards for business units and the BASF group.
  • Perform actual calculation of contribution margin 1 and 2 (CM1 and 2) and earnings before interest & tax (EBIT) after Capital Cost.
