Position Responsibilities

• Practicing the 3 meter Attitude. • Preparing Returns, Claims, MTRs, for prompt shipment with all necessary documentation. • Ensuring directs are processed efficiently. and correctly by: • Training DSD processors to follow all receiving area processes. • Logging in and checking in all local and direct shipments. • Pulling purchase orders and scanning prices to ensure accuracy. • Counting items to match quantity on purchase order/invoice. • Correcting all not-on-file (NOF) and price difference merchandise. • Notifying the Office Support Associate of any price changes and local item types prior to sending merchandise to the sales floor. • Notifying Assistant Manager / Instock Team Supervisor of merchandise that is not being immediately sent to the sales floor. Position Summary

The Fulfillment Department Manager will provide customer service by coordinating the activities of associates to complete assigned tasks relating to receiving and the flow of merchandise through to the salesfloor. This will be accomplished by unloading trailers, pulling pallets to the floor and assisting in the processing of merchandise all in a safe and clean environment. This Department Manager will function as a lead of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions.

 

Position Responsibilities

Primary responsibilities are listed below.
