CI Investments has been managing money on behalf of Canadian investors since 1965. In 1981, CI entered the global fund arena with the introduction of CI Pacific Fund – one of the first funds in Canada devoted to Asian markets. The company became known for its expertise in foreign funds and adopted the name Canadian International Fund Management.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking Bilingual Financial Services Representatives (FSRs) for our in-bound Contact Centre. Acting as the front-line of the company, these individuals will provide superior customer service through telephone support by focusing on professionalism, friendliness and providing accurate information. In this role, the successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment with opportunities to learn and grow within the department and throughout the organization. Our team takes great pride in providing timely, courteous service to financial advisors and/or clients - there is no selling involved. 

 

Looking to work regular hours? Our Contact Centre is open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm EST, Monday to Friday.
